The Quality Engineering Technologist is responsible to support all production matters to ensure MPC products, systems and processes are carried out to specification. This role will continuously identify the quality assurance opportunities in systems and processes in production to prevent / mitigate defective products from being produced.
The Mold Engineer is responsible for Mold Design: 3D, 2D, BOM & supportive engineering material. The position will also include the design of End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) Fixture & gauges. The successful candidate will also be required to take part in feasibility, manufacturability and cost reduction analysis.
The CNC Operator & Programmer will be responsible for programming, setup, and proof out programs for milling machines. The ideal candidate will provide support to management in terms of fixture design, process changes, and cycle times for quotation purposes.
The Tooling Project Engineer is responsible for managing tool builds, scheduling and coordinating work, troubleshooting issues, and continually improving, quality, speed and internal process. As well as seeking out and budgeting for replacement machinery and working with vendors and outside contractors.
We are a Precision Machine Shop, experienced in the manufacture of parts which have complex configurations requiring close tolerances of up to 0.0002″ (0.005 MM). As an EDM Operator your primary responsibility will be setting up, programming and operating one AgieCharmillles wire EDM.
