All the way from component fixturing to complex end of arm tooling (EOAT) to deliver parts such as fasteners, pins and stamped parts to the injection moulding tool for overmoulding, our automation team has developed them all. Our integrated automation and molding systems work collaboratively with our expert team to produce consistent, quality parts.
A machine vision system can be deployed to detect defects, contaminants, functional flaws, and other irregularities in manufactured parts & components. The high definition industrial camera technology takes an image(s) of the respective element and compares the data against an approved master. This can be used to confirm the presence of a component in an assembly, verify dimensional accuracy to deliver in-line QA inspection.
