The Quality Department Supervisor is responsible to support all production matters to ensure MPC products, systems and processes are carried out to specification. This role will continuously identify the quality assurance opportunities in systems and processes in production to prevent / mitigate defective products from being produced.
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on some of the most technically challenging non-commodity moulds in the world, including planetary rotational cores, with internal mechanical movements, rotating gear rings, insert moulding and mould over parts.
The Tooling Project Engineer is responsible for managing tool builds, scheduling and coordinating work, troubleshooting issues, and continually improving, quality, speed and internal process. As well as seeking out and budgeting for replacement machinery and working with vendors and outside contractors.
The inspection operator is responsible for the overall quality of the plastic parts and reporting the information to the production manager. The main purpose is to Inspect and verify plastic parts and prepare finished parts for shipments.
